Natural hair loss prevention tips for Women

04:11

Natural hair loss prevention can be a great step to curing your hair loss or to at least prevent further hair loss and to stimulate more hair growth.

It is healthy for you and will never endanger you with its usage.

Create a daily shampoo that can help to balance the pH level of the scalp and promote hair growth by combining a small amount of aloe Vera gel with wheat germ oil and coconut milk.

Or wash the hair with baby shampoo and apply a topical treatment of rosemary warmed in water and added to a few drops of wheat germ oil.

Leave this mixture on for approximately 1 minute before rinsing thoroughly with lukewarm water.

Applying a mixture of honey and egg yolk to the scalp for 30 minutes can also help to stimulate hair growth.

Shikakai is another excellent remedy for hair growth. It can clean the hair without removing the natural oil from it. Shikakai can be mixed with amla or bhringraj powder for better results.

Hair loss often occurs when the connectivity between the three types of protein in the hair starts to break down. You must supply the body and the hair with protein to combat this. Eating lean proteins helps to regrow hair, but using protein on the hair stops the hair loss in the meantime.

Here is a good recipe for shampoo that also contains henna, which is beneficial to add volume, shine and health to the hair.

This is another popular method to help promote hair growth. Prepare a glass of coconut milk and apply it on the scalp. Use a towel to wrap the hair and prevent the milk from dripping all over the place.

After 15 to 30 minutes, remove the towel and rinse with cool water and mild shampoo to remove the coconut milk. The goal is to reap the nourishing benefits of the substance.

This is actually an ingredient often infused in hair-growing shampoos and mane products. It is effective because it contains silica. Silica is necessary to make the strands of your hair stronger, shinier and sleeker. Hair fall also happens due to weak strands. It can get damaged easily through combing and mane styling. Get horsetail and then steep it in boiling water.

You can steep about 2 tablespoons of horsetail in 4 ounces of hot water. After steeping, add the mixture to baby shampoo.

Before you wash your hair, apply uncooked egg yolk on to your scalp and massage gently. Keep massaging for about 45 minutes to an hour. You will start to feel more relaxed as the tension releases under your soothing hands. Do this for 2 to 3 times each week before your hair wash.
